Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees once they arrive in the destination country. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee paid at checkout.
San Palma cannot influence, anticipate, or cover these additional expenses. If customs duties are not paid and your order is returned or refused, we will be unable to issue a refund.
