Our handmade jewelry is a labor of love, created with meticulous attention to detail. However, due to the nature of handcrafted items, there may be slight variations, imperfections, or irregularities. These unique characteristics add to the charm and individuality of each piece.
Please note that these imperfections do not affect the quality or durability of the jewelry. They are a testament to the handmade nature of our products and the skill of the artisan. We believe that these imperfections make each piece truly one-of-a-kind, made in the Philippines.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our jewelry is exclusively fashioned from 925 sterling silver and adorned with the brilliance of 18k gold vermeil (14k initial collection), ensuring a lustrous and enduring beauty. Unlike conventional plated jewelry, our handcrafted gold vermeil is five times stronger, promising longevity and resistance to everyday wear.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our team at info@sanpalma.com within 7 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a replacement or exchange with an item of equal or lesser value. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging. Please note that San Palma does not cover the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Each San Palma piece is handcrafted in the Philippines, and we ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia. Delivery times vary depending on your location, local customs processing, and the efficiency of your country’s postal or courier service. While we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly, please allow for extended delivery windows during peak holiday seasons or unforeseen events.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and vary by region. Such costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee paid at checkout.
San Palma cannot influence, anticipate, or cover these additional expenses. If customs duties are not paid and your order is returned or refused, we will be unable to issue a refund.
Once your order has been shipped, San Palma is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier networks, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential fees and expected clearance times.
